Blue light is not inherently bad.

It can disrupt your circadian rhythm if you are exposed to it at certain times of the day, when you want to wind down, because it suppresses melatonin.
But in fact, it is desirable to be under high blue content light during the central hours of the day.

If you’re looking for a bulb that fits standard fixtures, the A19 is a great choice. It emits 600 lumens with a soft, omni-directional beam, perfect for general lighting.

For recessed lighting or directional illumination, the BR30 bulb is an excellent option. It emits 700 lumens with a focused 120-degree beam.

Both bulb shapes share the same incredible features, such as emitting less than 2% blue wavelengths, supporting melatonin production, promoting sleep and a healthy circadian rhythm, reducing eye strain, and providing sustained energy during the day.

SORAA ZEROBLUE bulbs need to be installed in light fixtures, like downlights, track heads, etc. Please make sure you are using the correct lamp type for your fixture. ZEROBLUE lamps are optimal for general lighting of the spaces where the occupants will spend the last three hours before bedtime.
